Elisabeth Neelin practises Civil and Commercial Litigation at Langlois lawyers. She has experience in a wide range of matters involving Commercial Law, Civil and Professional Liability as well as in Regulatory Litigation and Regulatory Investigations and also has expertise in areas of Public and Administrative Law. Neelin frequently represents foreign clients, including in matters of private international law and challenges to the jurisdiction of Québec courts. She has advised a number of Canadian and international companies in health law compliance matters to help them understand and respond to the flurry of changes made to the regulatory framework in Québec. Neelin was appointed by the Senate of Concordia University as a Chair of Student Tribunal Hearing panels. She also participates in the FTA Éclaté initiative and supports a centre that provides education and other services to downtown youth and families in Montréal.
