Matthew McHutchison is the founder of IVAA Contents Procurement and Checksum.Claims, award-winning solutions used by many leading insurers across Australia and New Zealand to improve contents claim outcomes at scale.
His work focuses on combining automation, impartial specialist expertise and service design so insurers can better support customers to replace what was lost. Matthew is particularly interested in the operational and human impacts of claims design, including how automation changes the day-to-day experience of claim staff.
